Return Policy – ​​Formal Dresses

All dresses (value €50–€300 and above) undergo rigorous quality control before shipping.

Each item is checked and photographically documented to ensure its integrity, absence of stains and perfect condition.

Shipping takes place exclusively after confirmation of conformity.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

The right of withdrawal only allows you to verify the nature, characteristics, and fit of the product.

It does not constitute a right of use.

2. Use Exceeding Normal Testing

Only home testing is permitted, in a clean environment, without:

• Trick

• Perfumes or deodorants

• Smoke

• Long-term stay

• Use for events, ceremonies, parties or photo shoots

Any use beyond simple testing will be considered misuse.

3. Decrease in Value and Withholdings

In case of return with:

• Makeup or dirt stains

• Odors (perfume, smoke, environment)

• Pulled threads or damage to the fabric

• Obvious signs of use

• Alterations that compromise resalability

A withholding tax will be applied in proportion to the decrease in value actually found.

The withholding tax may vary approximately between €50 and €300, up to a maximum equal to the full value of the product, if it is no longer resalable as new.

In cases of obvious use or serious damage, the refund may be refused.

Each evaluation will be supported by comparative photographic documentation (before and after).

4. Shipping Costs

• Initial shipping is free.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• In the event of a confirmed lack of conformity, the return will be borne by the seller.

5. Defects of Conformity

Any defects must be reported promptly, attaching photographic evidence.

The seller keeps records of the condition of the product at the time of shipment.

Any discrepancies will be technically evaluated.
